Return and refund policy

I hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact me first before sending anything back. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

 

How to request a return
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once your return is approved, you must return item within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, returned with all original packaging (if applicable).


Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.


Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect. I will do my best to resolve it quickly.


Exchanges
I will accept exchanges (unless item is personalised). Please get in touch to arrange this. Buyers are responsible for all return postage.


If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
