Shipping and delivery
Â
Processing time: All orders are handmade and carefully packaged. I aim to dispatch items within 5 working days of your purchase.
If you’ve requested a custom or personalised item, please allow 1–4 weeks for it to be created before dispatch.
Â
Delivery method: I send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to make sure they arrive safely. Postage is added at checkout and depends on the size and weight of your parcel — smaller parcels cost £3.50, and larger parcels cost £5. Your items will be posted once payment has been received. As soon as your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
I offer free UK delivery on all orders over £150.
Â
Packaging: Jewellery items are generally small enough to fit through your letterbox, so no need to wait in for delivery. Knitted and crochet items tend to be more bulky and may not fit through your letterbox, so please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or check your Royal Mail tracking for updates.
Â
Shipping area: I’m currently shipping within the UK only.
If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please send me a message — I’m more than happy to discuss international shipping options with you directly.
International shipping costs vary depending on the parcel size and destination and typically range between £8 and £20.
Â
Delays: Please note that during busy periods (e.g. holidays or postal strikes), delivery may take a little longer. I’ll always do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. I am not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been posted. If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking number or contact Royal Mail for further updates.

How to find your ring size
Not sure what size you need? Don’t worry — here are a few simple ways to find your ring size at home.
Â
Option 1: Measure a ring that fits
Choose a ring that fits comfortably on your finger.
Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of the ring (in millimetres).
Match your measurement to a size using the chart below.
Option 2: Measure your finger with paper or string
Cut a strip of paper or string.
Wrap it around the base of your finger, ensure it’s fits snugly but not too tight.
Mark where the ends meet.
Measure the length in millimetres.
Use the chart below to find your ring size.
Option 3: Using a ring sizer
You can purchase a plastic or adjustable ring sizer online.
Slide it onto your finger and adjust it until it fits snugly (but comfortably).
Read the size shown on the tool.
Option 4: Visit a jewelLer
For the most accurate result, visit a local jeweller.
They’ll use professional tools and can recommend sizing, especially if you’re choosing a wide band or chunky design.
Tips for getting the right fit
Measure your finger at different times of the day, as your fingers can change size throughout the day
Your dominant hand may be slightly bigger
For wide bands, consider sizing up by half a size or more.
Avoid measuring when your fingers are too warm or too cold
When measuring your finger or ring, always round up to the nearest millimetre.
