E-commerce terms

Ordering
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. I do not store your card details.

Shipping
I dispatch orders within 5 working days. Shipping is via Royal Mail tracked service. I am not responsible for delivery delays once dispatched.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. See our Return Policy for full terms. Custom or personalised items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), are not returnable unless faulty.
